Marcus Garcia brings 27 years of fire protection industry experience to every project. Starting his career as a union apprentice and working his way through the ranks as a fitter, foreman, superintendent, project manager, estimator, and designer — Marcus has done it all. He has worked across Colorado, Oregon, and Washington, managing crews, training apprentices, and delivering code-compliant fire protection systems for residential and commercial clients of all sizes.

Today as Owner and Fire Protection Specialist at Fire Tech West LLC, Marcus channels that deep expertise into building a company that does things the right way — with integrity, craftsmanship, and a genuine dedication to customer satisfaction.

Shannon "Shay" Garcia brings her business acumen, BS in Psychology, and MBA to the operational side of Fire Tech West LLC — ensuring the company runs with the same professionalism and care that goes into every fire protection system we install.

Together Marcus and Shay are building something special — a fire protection company that values its customers, stands behind its work, and takes pride in protecting the Pacific Northwest community they call home.
